Expert Witness

Mr Davis has appeared and been accepted by the courts as an expert witness in a number of cases, including:

• Witness for the defense in a contractual issue with regard to a consultant who desired greater compensation as the result of a sale. Result was a finding for the defense.
• Witness for the defense in the sale of a company where the plaintiff indicated that the defendant had obligated themselves to purchase certain assets of the plaintiff. Result was a finding for the defense.
• Witness for the plaintiff who was a large investment fund involving the fraudulent conveyance and sale of a company to a company in which the client owned stock at an over inflated price. Result was a financial settlement which was equitable.

Mr Davis has also appeared in court in the role of Chief Restructuring Officer in bankruptcy situations as the spokesman for the bankrupt estate and has facilitated emergence from bankruptcy.
